Every donation to the World of Chibuzo furthers our vision to create art and original compositions that bring together several African and indigenous musical cultures and integrate their rhythmic sensibilities.

Your gift can provide support for new works by funding operational costs such as;

Artist Collective Workshops

The Cookin Wit’ Chibuzo program provides workshops for artists from all levels of experiences and disciplines, with a focus on individuals who have a limited amount of time available to explore their artistry, improve their skills, and increase their comfort level and confidence. The artist collective comes together each week to learn, create collaborative art, and connect over a delicious, healthy meal.  The series operates on a once a week schedule for 8-10 consecutive weeks culminating in a performance that community members have to ability to impact through workshop participation and are given the opportunity to perform material covered at the workshops.  Your donation towards this series gives you access to the workshops, meals, and performance opportunities, or can provide access to a person or group of your choosing.  The program is designed to operate 2 months prior to World of Chibuzo studio events when in demand
